• Discuss budget, event flow, and any special requirements

Location & Venue Scoping:

We’ll also assess your venue or proposed location — either through a site visit or detailed plans — to understand its natural features, layout, and any logistical considerations. This step ensures every design choice works in harmony with the space, from lighting and florals to seating flow and statement pieces.
